Our technical expertise extends to the local communities of Tanzania in the form of local sustainable agriculture projects in collaboration with
the District Council of Ngara. Funding from the Dutch embassy enabled
REDESO to undertake these local projects. The organization is also involved in food security projects, water and sanitation and rain-water
harvesting. REDESO is also involved with animal tracking i.e. education of
using animals for cultivation and transportation as well as post harvesting storage of crops and general environmental management projects.
Guided by REDESO staff, farmers are encouraged to improve their traditional bee keeping practices to increase honey production and income
from these products.
